This page describes how fluxsoftlabs.com uses cookies.
We use a single HttpOnly session cookie for admins and customer dashboards. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use third-party analytics that profile you across sites.
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser on your device. Some cookies are essential for a site to work; others are used for analytics or advertising.
| Name | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| fs_admin_session | Keeps a FluxSoft team member signed into the admin panel. | 14 days |
| fs_client_session | Keeps a FluxChat customer signed into their dashboard. | 14 days |
Both are marked HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax, signed with HMAC-SHA-256, and are not accessible from JavaScript.
The FluxChat widget, when embedded by our customers, may store a session identifier in browser local storage to maintain chat history across page loads. It is not shared with any third party.
The Stripe Customer Portal (if you click “Manage billing” from your dashboard) is operated by Stripe and sets its own cookies per Stripe’s policy.
You can delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting the session cookie signs you out of the admin or customer dashboard; you can sign in again.
If we introduce new cookies, we will update this page and, for non-essential cookies, request consent.
